Please note that this was just a trial to test the effectiveness of the Foxpro Firestorm and that crow season is not in effect. The below information contains the dates for the upcoming crow season...
Crow (Split Season):
- WMD's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6: February 15, 2010 through April 15, 2010, and August 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010
- WMD's 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29: February 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010, and August 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010
take along a plastic owl, crow deocys, and as much bargin ammo as you can carry. As winter rolls in the crows really bunch up so you will need a trailer to take all the crows home.

ReplyDeleteI could not believe that so many crows were in the area, in just minutes we brought in around 200 crows. The craziest thing was that I had already played the Firestorm before that and my brother-in-law & I were just hanging out on the porch about 100 feet from the call. There already are several plans in the works for fox, bobcat, crow, & coyote. I know what I'll be doing all Christmas vacation! Thanks for swinging by guys...

You will love crow hunting. Just make sure you kill the scout as he will be the first bird there! Camo up and have a blast!
